PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT

WBCT Consulting will manage and deliver any change in your business using our well established and experienced Programme Management techniques. Programme Management is a vital component in the delivery of change; whether it is change to public or customer services, or change within organisations.

WBCT Program management (or programme management) will define a process of managing several related projects, in order to improve your business' performance.

WBCT will appoint a Program Manager that best suits your business sector and industry. Our Programme manager will have an oversight of the purpose and status of all projects in a Program and will use this oversight to support project-level activity to ensure the overall program goals are likely to be met. WBCT will accomplish this by providing a decision-making capacity that cannot be achieved at project level or by providing the Project Manager with a program perspective when required, or as a sounding board for ideas and approaches to solving project issues that have program impacts.

WBCT Consulting will identify and manage cross-project dependencies and ensure that we will have sufficient insight of the risk, issues, requirements, design or solution to be able to usefully manage these. WBCT Program manager will be well placed to provide this insight by actively seeking out such information from individual Project Managers. WBCT Program Manager will also ensure that the overall program goals are achievable.
